It took a late moment of magic from Spurs to book a place in the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup as a second-half Pedro Porro strike proved to be the winner in a tight contest in North London.
Burnley pushed Ange Postecoglu's side until the 79th minute when the deadlock was finally broken as the Clarets put in a battling display against the home side.
Manager Vincent Kompany made five changes from the trip to Villa Park last weekend as Arijanet Muric, Hannes Delcroix, Anass Zaroury, Josh Cullen and Aaron Ramsey all came into the XI for James Trafford, Jordan Beyer, Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Sander Berge and Josh Brownhill.
