0: 10 Race for the top 4?. I couldn't care less about the race for fourth. What I care about is the way the team is progressing. Pleased with today. It had a little bit of everything. We started the game well, not just the goal, I thought we controlled the game well.
1:00 What did you say at half-time, obviously you made a couple of changes?
Yes it made a difference. I thought we needed some energy and legs in the midfield for the second half because I could see Forest were working really hard to maintain their grip on the game. I thought Pierre and Roddy were outstanding in the energy they brought and the quality they brought in the second half.
2:02 It was announced during the game that Joe Kinnear passed away, would you like to pay tribute to him?, It's very sad obviously. I just heard about it now. He's one of those figures who will always be remembered at this football club for his achievements. A distinguished manager and an outstanding player. A sad loss. Obviously all our love and support goes out to his family and friends. From what I understand, I never got the opportunity to meet him, but everyone speaks very highly of him as a person which is always the barometer around these things. A sad loss, particularly to those closest to him, but he'll never be forgotten at this football club.
3:00 What did you make of Timo Werner's performance? Yeah I thought Timo was good. Worked hard, always a threat. He ran at the opposition really well, contributed to our first goal. The second half in particular he helped us, really pinned them back. Yeah I thought he was ok.
3:20 Did you think he'd be such a regular starter when you signed him? At the moment he's doing everything well. He didn't start a few weeks ago. But we brought him in because we knew we'd need him, and that's how it's proved. We also knew we were getting a player who'd already played at this level so he wasn't really a risk for us and he's been a good contributor. And with the run-in we've got - Newcastle next week and then a couple of big weeks with midweek games - obviously we'll need the whole squad.
3:45 Just how good can Micky van de Ven become? I don't know. What I do know is that he's got a real appetite and determination to be the best he can be. He does that every day and his defensive work was outstanding today and it was a great strike for the goal. It was a well-worked set piece. It's a credit to him. We're not going to be the ones who put any limits on his growth and I don't think he'll allow us to do that. In my mind, with all of these things I think that if we keep providing an environment for these guys to keep pushing themselves, not just Micky but others will be dragged along as well because they're all competing.
